The Nestlé Youth Initiative, launched in the fall of 2015, aims to help young Canadians develop their professional skills, increase their employability and expand their network. By providing new internships, formalized training programs and “readiness for work activities,” Nestlé Canada is striving to help young adults prepare for the future.
